Our Leadership

Keith Moore

Keith Moore has been McManis’ CEO since 2000. He is a frequent author and speaker. He was previously CEO of Moore Fischer Coddington (which merged into McManis); he was also Managing Director of BBC Research and Consulting. He served as a Marine Corps Infantry Platoon Commander in Vietnam. He holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas and a Masters in City Planning from Harvard.

Michael Eber

Michael Eber is a highly regarded leadership consultant and executive coach. Michael advised companies and organizations about organizational change and design, strategy, process optimization, executive leadership – also on technology adoption, selection and implementation. He is a former director of $20M Foundation; and a former consultant with Deloitte. He served for several years as an international consultant on economic development and business formation. He is a certified LEAN Six Sigma coach. Michael has a BA in psychology with a dual concentration in economics and education from Dickinson College, an MBA in international management and public policy from Willamette University.

Don Arnwine

Don Arnwine is a highly sought-after advisor, especially on governance. Don is a former President of VHA, Inc. (Voluntary Hospitals of America). He also served as the first President and CEO of Charleston Area Medical Center, and as Director of Hospitals of the University of Colorado Medical Center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma’s Central State University, and a master’s degree from Northwestern University. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Distinguished Alumnus of Central State, and a recipient of the B’Nai Brith International Healthcare Award.
